Under the Solar Panel Punjab scheme, a solar balance system of three kilowatts will be given to eligible people. This solar panel will be given to the eligible people under the loan. It will include batteries, inverters, wires and other components. Eligible persons will pay the amount in 25% instalments to the Bank of Punjab. While 75 per cent of the amount will be paid by the government.

- Visit your nearest Bank of Punjab branch with your identity card, passport-size photo, copy of your electricity bill and land record.
- Get the solar panel scheme registration form from the representative present there.
- You have to enter all the information properly on this form.
- After that, you have to attach the necessary documents that have been asked for.
- Finally, you have to read it once so that there are no mistakes on the form etc.
- Finally, you have to pay a challan form of one thousand rupees to the bank.
- All your applications will be checked.
- Then you will be alerted by the zero zero code.

- You are on the list of users who use electricity from 100 units to 300 units per month.
