1. You need to go to the BISP 8171 office nearest to your home.
2. There you have to take the registration form of the Taleemi Wazaif program.
3. You have to enter your bay form number on this registration form.
4. You have to enter your father’s mobile phone number and CNIC number.
5. You have to enter a copy of your school certificate on it.
6. You need to enter your full residential address on it.
7. After which you have to get this form signed by the principal in your school or college.
8. After signing, you have to submit it back to the BISP office.
